Chapter 1

Once upon a time, but not so very long ago, the children of earth shared a special bond. It was an unspoken truth that every child knew: the Legend of Wishingtooth.

The legend said that when you lost a milk tooth, you were granted a single wish upon it. If you believed enough, your tooth became a Wishingtooth, and wondrous things would happen. Some children tucked their Wishingtooth beneath their pillow, while others flung it high overhead toward the sun. Others still would toss it up to their roof, or bury it safely under the cool, damp earth.

But no matter what their traditions were, all children were Wishmakers.

What does it mean to be a true Wishmaker? It means believing in yourself and your power to make your dreams come true!

Real Wishmakers know that it is not enough to simply make a wish, you have to have the strength to bring your wish to life through action, the courage to see it through, the determination to never give up on your dream, and the inspiration to share your dream with others.

Chapter 2

Over many winks of earthly time, the children’s wishes formed a sea of belief in the night sky made of the Great Magic. The true Wishmakers each carried an inner spark of this power as the essence of their belief.

Beyond the stars and past the moon, a world was born from the sea of Great Magic. Children named this place Wishingtooth World, for they knew that this was where their lost teeth would go.

Wishingtooth World was much like our world, only far more magical. From the sea of wishes came many wonderful creatures, the first of which was the Grand Wizoo.

Chapter 3

The Grand Wizoo knew that the precious Great Magic needed protecting. So he called upon the ancient wisdom of the wishing waters to grant him two helpers, Zora Swift and Malgrin. The Grand Wizoo declared that Zora and Malgrin were protectors of children’s wishes. On earth, these two would be known as the Tooth Fairies.

Chapter 4

For many winks, Zora Swift and Malgrin worked side by side, each doing their part to make sure that children’s Wishingteeth came safely to Wishingtooth World. Zora collected every child’s lost tooth, while Malgrin swept the skies so that children could gaze up into the stars and see their wishes blinking back.

Zora and the Grand Wizoo watched in wonder as Wishingtooth World grew even more beautiful with every Wishingtooth that Zora found. On earth, more and more children wished on their lost teeth and believed in their own power to realize their dreams. The cycle of the Great Magic grew ever stronger.

Malgrin, however, grew bitter. In his eyes, children knew of only one Tooth Fairy: Zora Swift. He became discontent with his duty.

Chapter 5

To fill his inner emptiness, Malgrin began stealing wishes as they made their way to Wishingtooth World. Soon, he had stolen so many that a horrible, cloudy substance called Splat appeared on the horizon. Some say the Splat was a warning sign of disbelief.

As Malgrin's malice grew darker, so did the skies over Wishingtooth World. With each wish he took, the vile clouds of Splat spread further until one day the children of earth looked up but could no longer see their wishes.

In time, they forgot their wishes and dreams and the day arrived when they stopped wishing on their lost teeth altogether! Not a single Wishmaker remained.

The cycle of the Great Magic had been broken.

Chapter 6

When the Grand Wizoo discovered that Malgrin had been stealing wishes, he was both wise and forgiving. He offered Malgrin the chance to undo his rottenness. But with a cold and callous heart, Malgrin had lost all trace of the Great Magic of belief.

He defied the Grand Wizoo and to protect the precious wishes that remained, the Grand Wizoo took Malgrin’s wings and banished him to a land that became known as Rottenopolis.

Chapter 7

Zora Swift searched for many winks for one true Wishmaker. The Great Magic of just one Wishingtooth would bring her world back to life.

Then, just when she thought that all was lost, Zora found one!

But the Wishmaker’s belief in the legend—and in himself—was waning. So Zora did what any good fairy would do to save the last Wishingtooth…

She broke all the rules.

The Wishingtooth is the story of Zora Swift and the Wishmaker who brought the Legend of Wishingtooth back to our world.
